Summer Schedule for June 1 - August 22, 2009

We offer classes, conversation partners, and monthly events and activities for International students, families, and friends.

Note: If CMU cancels classes for bad weather or a holiday, we will also cancel our classes that day. 
You do not need to be a Christian or a member of this church to join us.
All levels of English Welcome!

NEW! Community Garden @ Anne's House
Plant and grow your own fruit, vegetables, and flowers. Email Anne if interested.

Mondays from 10am-12pm International Spouses Club @ CMU                          usually 1st Monday of every month.     ISC meets at Christ The King Lutheran Chapel.                                            Meet other Internationals who live in Mt. Pleasant.  If you want, bring food to share.                                                                      Because of its central location on the CMU campus, the club meets at the chapel. Thursdays @ 10am - Farmer's Market
Come to the chapel at 10am for a ride to Island Park's Farmer's Market.
At the Farmers' Market, you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, and more!

This Bible study is for people who are already Christians, and want to learn more about Jesus,
and also for people who are interested in Christianity.

NEW! Saturdays from 10am-12pm - Scrap booking (decorating photos) 
This is a very popular American activity. Perfect for adults and children.
Create photo albums of your favorite pictures, using colored paper, stickers, ribbons, and more! 
Bring your own photos, and we will provide the rest.  This is also open to Zion church members who would like to come.
